The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs Filipinos in Kuwait that in addition to the “by appointment” Overseas Voter Registration at its office in Salwa Area, the Embassy will also accept overseas voter registrants on a walk-in basis at the Al-Sahel Sports Club in Abu Halifa Area on 5-9 and 12-16 September 2021.
Those who will register in Abu Halifa are requested to bring their passport copy and accomplished application form, which may be downloaded from this link: http://bit.ly/OVFormOne.
The Embassy reminds Filipinos in Kuwait with existing voting and biometric records with the COMELEC, that they can register online for the following services:
- Registration (Certification) as overseas voter, for those who have existing records with the COMELEC in the Philippines
- Reactivation of Overseas Voter Registration Records (OVRRs), for overseas voters who were not able to vote in the 2016 and 2019 elections
- Transfer of voting records from the Philippines or other countries to Kuwait

The deadline for the physical and online Overseas Voter Registration is on 30 September 2021.
Filipinos in Kuwait who voted at the Embassy in the 2016 and/or the 2019 elections do not need to register again either physically or virtually for the 2022 elections.
The public is reminded that the Embassy does not issue Voter’s ID. The Voter’s ID will also not be required from Filipino voters during the overseas voting at the Embassy next year.

- Pag-reactivate ng Overseas Voter Registration Record (OVRR), para sa mga overseas voter na hindi nakaboto noong halalan ng 2016 at 2019
- Paglipat ng voting record mula Pilipinas o ibang bansa patungong Kuwait

Ang huling araw para sa pisikal at online na Overseas Voter Registration ay sa 30 Setyembre 2021.
Ang mga Pilipino sa Kuwait na bumoto sa Embahada sa halalan ng 2016 at/o 2019 ay hindi na kailangan pang magparehistro muli, pisikal man o birtwal, para sa halalan ng 2022.
Ipinapaalala sa publiko na hindi nag-iisyu ng Voter’s ID ang Embahada. Hindi rin hihingin ang Voter’s ID mula sa mga botanteng Pilipino habang gumugulong ang overseas voting sa Embahada sa susunod na taon.
