The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs first-time voters of the 2022 national elections that the physical Overseas Voter Registration will resume on 29 August 2021 (Sunday) only for those who will secure an online appointment with the Embassy. Walk-in Overseas Voter Registration is not allowed.

- Reactivation of Overseas Voter Registration Records (OVRRs)
- Transfer of voting records from other countries to Kuwait (for those who will vote in Kuwait on 9 May 2022), or from Kuwait to the Philippines (for those who will vote in the Philippines on 9 May 2022)

Filipinos in Kuwait who voted at the Embassy in the 2016 and/or the 2019 elections do not need to register again either physically or virtually for the 2022 elections.
The public is reminded that the Embassy does not issue Voter’s ID. The Voter’s ID will also not be required from Filipino voters during the overseas voting at the Embassy next year.
