The Embassy currently does not issue multiple-entry Tourist Visas. All eligible Philippine Visa applicants can come to the Philippine Embassy to apply from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Nationals from 157 countries may enter the Philippines without a visa for tourism or business, with stays of 59, 30, 14, or 7 days, depending on their nationality and the Philippines' bilateral agreements with their country.

To confirm eligibility and the allowed length of stay for your nationality, please refer to the complete list of Visa Free Entry Countries.

Citizens of countries not included in the list will need to apply for a visa prior to travel.  Below are the requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PHILIPPINE TOURIST VISA 

  • Personal Appearance
  • Duly filled-out Visa Application Form. 
  • One recent ID picture (2x2 picture or passport size)
  • Copy of Passport, valid for at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated stay in the Philippines and valid Kuwait visa/civil ID
  • Copy of old/previous Philippine visas, if any
  • Invitation Letter
  • Hotel Booking
  • Round Trip ticket booking
  • Salary Certificate (with translated authorized signatory certificate)
  • Bank Statement
  • Additional documents may be required, if necessary
  • A single-entry visa is issued upon approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs if applicant is a restricted national under Philippine Visa Policy
  • Payment of Fees: (to be paid by applicant at the Embassy in person, in cash, Kuwait Dinar only)
    • KD 13.000 - Single Entry (3) months
    • KD 3.250 - Expedite fee (for stamping of visa on passport)

NOTE: For Chinesse Applicants, it is required for the submission of Chinese Social Insurance Record Certificates. The Social Insurance Record Certificate must be registered for at least six (6) months to be at the time of the submission of the visa application.  Exceptions to the abovementioned visa requirement will only apply to Chinese nationals currently enrolled in primary, secondary, or college education who will be required to submit proof of enrollment, and retirees above 55 years old.
