The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait continues to thank our kababayan who have been giving their comments and suggestions on the process of passport application and renewal under the online appointment system.

To allow Filipinos, who need to renew their residence visas in Kuwait, to secure an appointment for their passport renewal, the Embassy is launching its Online Appointment Priority System, which may be accessed via this link: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEAppointment.

Through the Online Appointment Priority System Form, the Embassy will gather information on passport or visa expiry dates, giving priority to those whose passports or visas have expired or are about to expire.

Filling out the online form is FREE OF CHARGE. The information that will be gathered from the online form will be kept confidential.

Answering the online form does not automatically grant an immediate appointment slot to a passport applicant. Instead, the Embassy will allocate the appointment slots first to applicants whose passports or visas have expired or are about to expire. The Embassy will notify the applicant of his/her confirmed appointment schedule through a phone call or message.

The Embassy requests passport applicants, who were notified by the Embassy of their confirmed appointment, to take note of the following reminders:

  1. FILL OUT IN ADVANCE the Passport Application Form, which may be downloaded from the Embassy’s website: http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.
  2. BRING the filled-out application form, together with copies of the current passport and Civil ID, on the date and time of their confirmed appointment.
  3. BRING the requirements for passport application and renewal. Visit this link for the list of requirements: http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.
  4. PREPARE AN EXACT AMOUNT for their application fee (KD19.500 for passport application/renewal only, or KD26.000 for passport renewal with passport validity extension).
  5. Bring bottled water or other refreshments, and fans to beat the summer heat.

The Embassy will accept responses to the Online Appointment Priority System Form from 8:00 P.M. on 22 June 2020 until 11:59 P.M. on 24 June 2020. The online form will be reopened to the public immediately after the processing of all applications that the Embassy will receive this week.

Patuloy na nagpasalamat ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait sa ating mga kababayan na nagbibigay ng kanilang komento at suhestiyon ukol sa proseso ng aplikasyon at renewal ng pasaporte sa ilalim ng online appointment system.

Upang mabigyan ng appointment para sa passport renewal ang mga Pilipinong nangangailangang i-renew ang kanilang mga residence visa sa Kuwait, inilulunsad ng Embahada ang Online Appointment Priority System, na maaaring puntahan sa link na ito: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEAppointment.

Sa pamamagitan ng Online Appointment Priority System Form, kukuha ang Embahada ng impormasyon ukol sa expiry date ng mga pasaporte o visa, kung saan bibigyang prayoridad ang mga may hawak ng pasaporte o visa na nawalan na o mawalalan pa lang ng bisa.

Ang pagsagot sa online form ay LIBRE. Ang impormasyong malilikom mula sa online form ay mananatiling confidential.

Ang pagsagot sa online form ay hindi nangangahulugan na awtomatikong mabibigyan ng kagyat na appointment slot ang isang aplikante ng pasaporte. Bagkus, unang ilalaan ng Embahada ang mga appointment slot sa mga aplikanteng may pasaporte o visa na nawalan na o mawalalan pa lang ng bisa. Aabisuhan ng Embahada ang aplikante ng kanyang kumpirmadong iskedyul ng appointment sa pamamagitan ng tawag o mensahe sa telepono.

Pinapakiusapan ng Embahada ang mga aplikante ng pasaporte, na naabisuhan ng Embahada ng kanilang kumpirmadong appointment, na sundin ang mga sumusunod na paalala:

  1. SAGUTIN NANG MAAGA ang kanilang Passport Application Form, na maaaring i-download mula sa website ng Embahada: http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.
  2. DALHIN ang nasagot na application form, pati na rin ang kopya ng kasalukuyang pasaporte at Civil ID, sa petsa at oras ng kumpirmadong appointment.
  3. DALHIN ang mga requirement para sa aplikasyon at renewal ng pasaporte. Bisitahin ang link na ito para sa listahan ng mga requirement: http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.
  4. IHANDA ANG SAKTONG BAYAD para sa kanilang application fee (KD19.500 para sa passport application/renewal lamang, o KD26.000 para sa passport renewal na may kasamang passport validity extension).
  5. Magdala ng nakaboteng tubig o iba pang inumin, at pamaypay bilang panlaban sa init ng panahon.

Tatanggap ang Embahada ng mga tugon sa Online Appointment Priority System Form mula 8:00 P.M. ng 22 Hunyo 2020 hanggang 11:59 P.M. ng 24 Hunyo 2020. Muling bubuksan sa publiko ang online form pagkatapos iproseso ang lahat ng aplikasyon na matatanggap ng Embahada ngayong linggo.

تواصل السفارة الفلبينية في الكويت في شكر الجالية الفلبينية الذين قدموا تعليقاتهم واقتراحاتهم بشأن عملية طلب جواز السفر والتجديد بموجب نظام تعيين الموعد عبر الإنترنت

 

للسماح للفلبينيين الذين يحتاجون إلى تجديد تأشيرات إقامتهم في الكويت لتأمين موعد لتجديد جواز سفرهم ، تطلق السفارة نظام أولوية تعيين الموعد عبر الإنترنت ، والذي يمكن الوصول إليه عبر هذا الرابط: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEAppointment

 

من خلال نموذج نظام أولوية تعيين الموعد عبر الإنترنت ، ستقوم السفارة بجمع معلومات حول تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية جواز السفر أو التأشيرة ، مع إعطاء الأولوية لأولئك الذين انتهت صلاحية جوازات سفرهم أو تأشيراتهم أو على وشك الانتهاء.

 

ملء النموذج عبر الإنترنت مجاني. سيتم الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات التي سيتم جمعها من النموذج عبر الإنترنت.

 

إن الرد على النموذج عبر الإنترنت لا يمنح تلقائيًا فتحة مواعيد فورية لمقدم طلب جواز السفر. بدلاً من ذلك ، ستخصص السفارة مواعيد المواعيد أولاً للمتقدمين الذين انتهت صلاحية جوازات سفرهم أو تأشيراتهم أو على وشك الانتهاء. ستبلغ السفارة مقدم الطلب بجدول المواعيد المؤكد من خلال مكالمة هاتفية أو رسالة.

 

تطلب السفارة من المتقدمين لجوازات السفر ، الذين تم إبلاغهم من قبل السفارة بتعيينهم المؤكد ، أن يحيطوا علما بالتذكيرات التالية:

1. املأ مقدما نموذج طلب جواز السفر ، والذي يمكن تنزيله من موقع السفارة على الإنترنت: http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.

2. أحضر استمارة الطلب المعبأة ، مع نسخ من جواز السفر الحالي والبطاقة المدنية ، في تاريخ ووقت تعيينهم المؤكد.

3. إحضار متطلبات طلب وتجديد جواز السفر. قم بزيارة هذا الرابط للحصول على قائمة المتطلبات: http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.

4. إعداد مبلغ دقيق لرسوم طلبهم (19.500 دينار كويتي لطلب / تجديد جواز السفر فقط ، أو 26.000 دينار كويتي لتجديد جواز السفر مع تمديد صلاحية جواز السفر).

5. جلب المياه المعبأة في زجاجات أو المرطبات الأخرى ، والمراوح للتغلب على حرارة الصيف.

 

ستقبل السفارة الردود على نموذج نظام أولوية تعيين الموعد عبر الإنترنت من الساعة 8:00 مساءً.  في 22 يونيو 2020 حتى 11:59 مساءً  في 24 يونيو 2020. سيتم إعادة فتح النموذج عبر الإنترنت للجمهور فور معالجة جميع الطلبات التي ستتلقاها السفارة هذا الأسبوع
