The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public that after 84 hours of accepting responses, the second round of the Online Appointment Priority System for passport applications and renewals ended at 8:00 A.M. today, 13 August 2020, as stated previously in our public advisory last 9 August 2020.

The Embassy reminds the public that answering the online form does not automatically grant an immediate appointment slot to a passport applicant. Instead, the Embassy will allocate the appointment slots first to applicants whose passports or visas have expired or are about to expire.

The Embassy will prioritize applicants whose passports or visas are expiring this August and September 2020. Those who registered online last 22-24 June 2020 and 9-13 August 2020—whose passports and visas will expire in October, November, and December 2020—will have to wait before they are scheduled for their appointment.

The Embassy will notify applicants of their confirmed appointment schedule through a list that will be posted on the Embassy’s official Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/PHinKuwait). The public is advised to visit the Embassy’s official Facebook page for the weekly list.

Walk-in passport applications are strictly not allowed at the Embassy.

The Embassy will reopen its online registration for passport appointment after processing all applications that the Embassy has received.
