Pursuant to Section 11 of COMELEC Resolution No. 11082 “Guidelines for Accreditation of Mass Media Entities, Election Observers or Monitors, and Civil Society Partners in connection with the conduct of Overseas Voting for the 2025 National Elections Overseas”, states that:

“For purposes of notifying the public of the duly accredited media entities, election observers, and volunteers, Posts shall publish on their official websites, the names of the media entities, election observers or monitors, and civil society partners or volunteers they have granted accreditation to, including the names of the organizations theory represent.”

Below is the list of accredited media entities, election observers or monitors, and civil society partners or volunteers in the Embassy of the Philippines in Kuwait for the 2025 National Elections Overseas:
