In line with the planned completion of its lease with the building owner, the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait announces the closure of its temporary office in Sabah Al-Salem Area. The Embassy will transfer to its permanent office in Salwa Area, which may be opened in August 2021.
The last working day of the Embassy and its attached agencies (Philippine Overseas Labor Office, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Pag-IBIG Fund, Social Security System) in Sabah Al-Salem Area is on 19 July 2021.
To allow its personnel to clear its temporary office of all documents, furniture and equipment, the Embassy is suspending its non-passport services beginning 20 July 2021. Only the following Embassy services are suspended temporarily: authentication, notarial (Special Power of Attorney, NBI/Police Clearance), Report of Birth/Marriage applications, civil weddings, and walk-in Assistance to Nationals (ATN) services.
Passport renewal and releasing will continue at the Embassy’s Mobile Passport Service, at Al-Sahel Sports Club in Abu Halifa Area. No passport appointments are affected by the closure of the Embassy’s temporary office in Sabah Al-Salem Area.
POLO-OWWA, Pag-IBIG Fund, and SSS services that are currently being offered in Abu Halifa Area are also not affected by the closure of their temporary offices in Sabah Al-Salem Area.
The public is advised to follow the Embassy’s official website and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter) for public advisories on the opening of the permanent office of the Embassy, and the resumption of its non-passport services.

Tanging ang mga sumusunod na serbisyo ng Embahada ang sinususpinde nang panandalian: authentication, notarial (Special Power of Attorney, NBI/Police Clearance), aplikasyon para sa Report of Birth/Marriage, kasalang sibil, at mga walk-in na serbisyong Assistance to Nationals (ATN).

تماشياً مع استكمال عقد الإيجار مع مالك المبنى ، تعلن سفارة الفلبين في الكويت عن إغلاق مكتبها المؤقت في منطقة صباح السالم. ستنتقل السفارة إلى مكتبها الدائم في منطقة سلوى ، والذي قد يتم افتتاحه في أغسطس ٢٠٢١.
آخر يوم عمل للسفارة والوكالات التابعة لها (مكتب العمل الفلبيني بالخارج ، إدارة رعاية العمال بالخارج ، إدارة الرعاية الاجتماعية والتنمية ، صندوق Pag-IBIG، نظام الضمان الاجتماعي) في منطقة صباح السالم هو يوم ١٩ يوليو ٢٠٢١.
للسماح لموظفيها بتخليص مكتبها المؤقت من جميع المستندات والأثاث والمعدات ، تقوم السفارة بتعليق خدماتها بخلاف جوازات السفر اعتبارًا من ٢٠ يوليو ٢٠٢١. فقط خدمات السفارة التالية معلقة مؤقتًا: التصديق ، التوثيق (التوكيل الخاص ، NBI / تخليص الشرطة) ، وتقرير طلبات الولادة / الزواج ، والزواج المدني ، وخدمات المساعدة الفورية للمواطنين (ATN).
سيستمر تجديد جواز السفر وإصداره في خدمة جواز السفر المتنقل بالسفارة ، في نادي الساحل الرياضي في منطقة أبو حليفة. لن تتأثر مواعيد الجوازات بإغلاق المكتب المؤقت للسفارة في منطقة صباح السالم.
لا تتأثر خدماتPOLO-OWWA و Pag-IBIGوخدمات SSSالتي يتم تقديمها حاليًا في منطقة أبو حليفة بإغلاق مكاتبها المؤقتة في منطقة صباح السالم.
