The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public of the decision of the Philippine government, through the National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19, to suspend the entry of all foreign nationals and overseas Filipinos who are not OFWs for a period of one month, from 20 March 2021 to 19 April 2021.
The following categories are exempted from the said travel ban:
- Holders of 9(e) Philippine visas
- Medical repatriates and their escort, endorsed by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) or the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
- Distressed overseas Filipinos who are not OFWs, and are endorsed by the DFA
- Emergency, humanitarian, and other similar cases approved by the NTF COVID-19
OFWs are not part of the said travel ban, but only 1,500 air passengers will be allowed entry into the Philippines per day. The Embassy advises OFWs with imminent flights to the Philippines to contact their airlines directly, or reconsider their travel plans.

Ipinapaalam sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait ang desisyon ng pamahalaan ng Pilipinas, sa pamamagitan ng National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19, na suspendihin ang pagpasok ng lahat ng mga dayuhan at mga Pilipinong hindi OFW sa loob ng isang buwan, mula 20 Marso 2021 hanggang 19 Abril 2021.
Ang mga sumusunod na kategorya ay hindi kasama sa nabanggit na travel ban:
- Mga may-hawak ng 9(e) Philippine visa
- Mga medical repatriate at kanilang escort, na inendorso ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) o ng Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
- Mga Pilipinong hindi OFW na nalagay sa kagipitan, at inendorso ng DFA
- Mga kasong emergency at humanitarian na aprubado ng NTF COVID-19
Ang mga OFW ay hindi kasama ng nasabing travel ban, ngunit 1,500 na mga pasaherong panghimpapawid lamang ang papayagang pumasok ng Pilipinas kada araw. Pinapayuhan ng Embahada ang mga OFW na may nalalapit na lipad patungong Pilipinas na makipag-ugnayan nang deretso sa kanilang mga airline, o pag-isipan muli ang kanilang planong bumiyahe.

تقوم سفارة الفلبين في الكويت بإبلاغ الجمهور بقرار الحكومة الفلبينية ، من خلال فريق العمل الوطني (NTF) ضد COVID-19 ، بتعليق دخول جميع الرعايا الأجانب والفلبينيين في الخارج الذين ليسوا في الخارج لمدة شهر واحد. من 20 مارس 2021 إلى 19 أبريل 2021.
تستثنى الفئات التالية من حظر السفر المذكور:
- حاملو 9 (e) تأشيرة الفلبين
- العائدين لأسباب طبية ومرافقيهم ، معتمدين من وزارة الخارجية (DFA) أو إدارة رعاية العمال في الخارج (OWWA)
- الفلبينيين في الخارج المنكوبين الذين ليسوا عمال ، ومعتمدون من قبل وزارة الخارجية
- حالات الطوارئ والحالات الإنسانية والحالات المماثلة الأخرى التي وافقت عليها NTF COVID-19
العمال الفلبينيون في الخارج ليسوا جزءًا من حظر السفر المذكور ، ولكن سيتم السماح لـ 1,500 راكب فقط بدخول الفلبين يوميًا. تنصح السفارة العاملين في الفلبين الذين لديهم رحلات وشيكة إلى الفلبين بالاتصال بشركات الطيران الخاصة بهم مباشرة ، أو إعادة النظر في خطط سفرهم.
