The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public of the latest decision of the National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 on the entry of international air passengers into the Philippines.
All Filipinos, whether or not they are OFWs, are allowed to enter the Philippines from 22 March 2021 to 21 April 2021. However, all arriving passengers will be subject to a daily quota of air passengers who are allowed entry into the Philippines via Manila.
Foreign nationals are still barred from entering into the Philippines from 22 March 2021 to 21 April 2021, except for the following:
- Diplomats and members of international organizations, and their dependents with valid 9(e) or 47(a)(2) Philippine visas
- Foreign nationals with valid Philippine visas, who are involved in medical repatriations that are duly endorsed by the Department for Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
- Foreign seafarers with 9(c) Philippine visas, who are under the “Green Lanes” program for crew change
- Foreign spouses and children of Filipino citizens traveling with them, provided that they have valid Philippine visas
- Emergency and humanitarian cases approved by the NTF COVID-19 and with valid Philippine visas
Given the daily quota on air passengers who are allowed entry into the Philippines, the Embassy reiterates its advice to Filipinos in Kuwait to contact their airlines directly or reconsider their travel plans.

Ipinapaalam sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait ang pinakahuling desisyon ng National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 ukol sa pagpasok ng pandaigdigang pasaherong panghimpapawid ng Pilipinas.
Ang lahat ng Pilipino, sila man ay OFW o hindi, ay puwedeng pumasok ng Pilipinas mula 22 Marso 2021 hanggang 21 Abril 2021. Gayunpaman, ang lahat ng padating na mga pasahero ay isasailalim sa arawang quota ng mga pasaherong papayagang pumasok ng Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng Maynila.
Ang mga dayuhan ay bawal pa ring pumasok ng Pilipinas mula 22 Marso 2021 hanggang 21 Abril 2021, maliban sa mga sumusunod:

- Mga kasong emergency at humanitarian na aprubado ng NTF COVID-19 at may Philippine visa na may bisa pa
Dahil sa arawang quota ng mga pasaherong papayagang pumasok ng Pilipinas, inuulit ng Embahada ang abiso nito sa mga Pilipino sa Kuwait na makipag-ugnayan nang deretso sa kanilang mga airline o pag-isipan muli ang kanilang planong bumiyahe.

تُبلغ سفارة الفلبين في الكويت الجمهور بالقرار الأخير الصادر عن فريق العمل الوطني (NTF) ضد COVID-19 بشأن دخول ركاب دوليين إلى الفلبين.
يُسمح لجميع الفلبينيين ، سواء كانوا من الفلبينيين أم لا ، بدخول الفلبين في الفترة من 22 مارس 2021 إلى 21 أبريل 2021. ومع ذلك ، سيخضع جميع الركاب القادمين لحصة يومية من الركاب الجويين الذين يُسمح لهم بدخول الفلبين عبر مانيلا.
لا يزال الرعايا الأجانب ممنوعين من دخول الفلبين في الفترة من 22 مارس 2021 إلى 21 أبريل 2021 ، باستثناء ما يلي:

- حالات الطوارئ والحالات الإنسانية المعتمدة من قبل NTF COVID-19 وبتأشيرات فلبينية سارية
بالنظر إلى الحصة اليومية للمسافرين الجويين المسموح لهم بدخول الفلبين ، تكرر السفارة نصيحتها للفلبينيين في الكويت بالاتصال بشركات الطيران الخاصة بهم مباشرة أو إعادة النظر في خطط سفرهم.
