The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public of the resumption of the following services on Wednesday, 17 March 2021:

For those who were affected by the suspension of Embassy services on 14-16 March 2021, they do not need to get a new online appointment via Setmore. The following is their new appointment schedule:

To ensure that Embassy services will not be disrupted again due to positive COVID-19 cases, the public is reminded of the following:

  1. WEAR FACE MASKS AT ALL TIMES, and PRACTICE TWO-METER PHYSICAL DISTANCING. The person beside you may have COVID-19.
  2. For those who are applying for or renewing their passports, ANSWER IN ADVANCE THE PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM, which may be downloaded here: https://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services. BRING THE ANSWERED PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM, together with copies of the current passport and Civil ID. (REMINDER: The Passport Application Form is FREE OF CHARGE, and is NOT FOR SALE.)
  3. ENSURE TO BRING THE CORRECT REQUIREMENTS. Check the list of requirements here: https://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.
  4. PREPARE AN EXACT AMOUNT FOR THE APPLICATION FEE. Check the application fees here: https://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services
  5. 5.For those going to Kuwait Disabled Sport Club, BRING UMBRELLAS for your protection, rain or shine.

Ipinapaalam sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait ang pagbabalik ng mga sumusunod na serbisyo ngayong Miyerkules, 17 Marso 2021:

Para sa mga apektado ng suspensyon ng mga serbisyo ng Embahada noong 14-16 Marso 2021, hindi na nila kailangang kumuha ng bagong online appointment sa Setmore. Ang mga sumusunod ay ang kanilang bagong iskedyul ng appointment:

Upang maseguro na hindi na muling maaantala ang mga serbisyo ng Embahada dahil sa mga positibong kaso ng COVID-19, ipinapaalala sa publiko ang mga sumusunod:

  1. SUOTIN ANG FACE MASK SA LAHAT NG ORAS, at SUNDIN ANG DALAWANG-METRONG DISTANSIYA SA ISA’T-ISA. Baka ang katabi mo ay mayroon palang COVID-19.
  2. Para sa mga mag-a-apply o magre-renew ng kanilang pasaporte, SAGUTIN NANG MAAGA ANG PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM, na maaaring i-download dito: https://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services. DALHIN ANG NASAGOT NA PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM, pati na rin ang kopya ng kasalukuyang pasaporte at Civil ID. (PAALALA: Ang Passport Application Form ay LIBRE, at HINDI PUWEDENG IBENTA.)
  3. SIGURADUHING DALHIN ANG MGA TAMANG REQUIREMENT. Tingnan ang listahan ng mga requirement dito: https://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.

  1. ارتد أقنعة الوجه في جميع الأوقات ، و  تمرن على التباعد الجسدي بمسافة مترين.  قد يكون الشخص بجانبك مصابًا بCOVID-19.
  2. بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يتقدمون للحصول على جوازات سفرهم أو يجددونها ، أجب مقدمًا على نموذج طلب جواز السفر ، والذي يمكن تنزيله هنا: https://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services. إحضار نموذج طلب جواز السفر الذي تم الرد عليه ، بالإضافة إلى نسخ من جواز السفر الحالي والبطاقة المدنية.  (تذكير: نموذج طلب جواز السفر مجاني ، وليس للبيع).
  3. تأكد من تقديم المتطلبات الصحيحة.  تحقق من قائمة المتطلبات هنا: https://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services.
