[UPDATE AS OF 30 NOVEMBER 2020] For the newest public advisory on the Embassy's passport service and appointment system, please visit the following:

The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait reminds the public that it will only accept 100 walk-in passport applicants during weekdays. Only holders of residence visas that expired before, or are set to expire on 30 November 2020 will be allowed to walk in.

The Passport Application Form can be downloaded online for free, at http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services. Please fill out and print the Passport Application Form at home before going to the Embassy, to avoid being victimized by scammers.

The Embassy advises the public, especially those with expired residence visas, not to camp out outside the Embassy premises during the night and early in the morning. The Kuwaiti Police has been patrolling the Embassy area since last week, because the Embassy is located in an area with security concerns.

Finally, the public is advised to follow a two-meter physical distancing while at the Embassy and its surrounding premises. The Kuwaiti Police is also monitoring those who violate the Kuwait government’s anti-COVID-19 health protocols.

Thank you for your cooperation.
