Please read the Embassy's explanation on the current process for passport applications and renewals:
- On Passport Applications And Renewals Under The COVID-19 New Normal (in English, Filipino and Arabic), 9 June 2020
________________________________
The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public that after 132 hours of accepting responses, the third round of the Online Appointment Priority System for passport applications and renewals ended at 11:59 P.M. on 30 September 2020, as stated previously in our public advisory last 24 September 2020.
The Embassy reminds the public that answering the online form does not automatically grant an immediate appointment slot to a passport applicant. Instead, the Embassy will allocate the appointment slots first to applicants whose passports or visas have expired or are about to expire.
The Embassy will prioritize applicants whose passports or visas whose passports or visas have expired or will expire very soon. Those who registered online last 22-24 June 2020, 9-13 August 2020, and 25-30 September 2020—whose passports and visas will expire in December 2020 and in 2021—will have to wait before they are scheduled for their appointment.
The Embassy will notify applicants of their confirmed appointment schedule through a list that will be posted on the Embassy’s official Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/PHinKuwait). The public is advised to visit the Embassy’s official Facebook page for the weekly list.
Walk-in passport applications are strictly not allowed at the Embassy.
