20 June 2013. Philippine Embassy Kuwait has taken the investigation to Manila as Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i. Atty. Raul H. Dado meets with Secretary Albert F. Del Rosario over the weekend.

PE Kuwait had immediately convened on investigation as soon as word of the alleged scandal broke out in early June. A witness has named some personnel with conduct unbecoming but none have testified on Sex-For-Ticket solicitations. The investigation panel has asked the public and complainants for their affidavits in a free and open investigation. These potential complainants and victims may be in the Philippines.

In several pronouncements, Philippine Embassy officials have expressed indignation at the events and have instituted measures to stop any future eventualities. Part of these measures is the ongoing investigation in Manila.
