The Philippine Embassy would like to invite the Filipino Community in Kuwait to join the AD/HD Society of the Philippines together with the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) and its partner agencies, local government units and NGOs in celebrating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Awareness Week from October 15 to October 21, 2017. As mandated under Presidential Proclamation No. 472, the week-long celebration hopes to raise awareness on this highly-misunderstood neuro-developmental disorder.
