The Philippine Embassy would like to invite all Filipino Community in Kuwait for the 8th Balik Scientist Annual Convention with the theme “Balik Scientists: Kasangga sa Paglinang ng Agham at Teknolohiya para sa Maunlad at Matatag na Kinabukasan” on October 14, 2022, 09:00 AM (Manila Time) via online platform. The Balik Scientist Program Annual Convention is an activity showcasing Balik Scientists’ activities, accomplishments, research contributions, and the latest in their respective fields, ranging from agriculture, aquatic and natural resources; health; and industry, energy, and emerging technologies.

The 8th BSP Annual Convention will highlight the vital role of Balik Scientists in the scientific and economic growth of the Philippines. Moreover, the convention will include sharing from host institutions and recognition of Balik Scientists who were engaged from the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic up to the present.
