The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait regrets to inform the public that at least seven of its frontline employees tested positive for the COVID-19. In accordance with health protocols, the Embassy announces the suspension of its services in Sabah Al-Salem (temporary office) and Abu Halifa (Al-Sahel Sports Club) on 6-10 June 2021.

The Embassy advises all affected applicants with confirmed online appointments to follow the Embassy’s official website and social media accounts for future advisories. The Embassy is also not releasing new passport and non-passport appointment slots at this time.

The services of the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Pag-IBIG Fund, and Social Security System (SSS) are also suspended on 6-10 June 2021.

The Embassy and its attached agencies will continue to serve the Filipino community in Kuwait through the following hotlines and social media accounts:

Due to the limited movement of Embassy personnel at this time, Filipinos in extremely distressed situations may contact the Kuwaiti government’s emergency hotlines:

  • Kuwait Police: 112 (for non-COVID-19 related cases)
  • Kuwait Ministry of Health: 151 (for COVID-19 related cases)

Ikinalulungkot na ibalita sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait na hindi bababa sa pitong empleyadong frontline nito ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19. Alinsunod sa mga alituntuning pangkalusugan, inaanunsyo ng Embahada ang suspensyon ng mga serbisyo nito sa Sabah Al-Salem (pansamantalang opisina) at Abu Halifa (Al-Sahel Sports Club) ngayong 6-10 Hunyo 2021.

Pinapayuhan ng Embahada ang lahat ng mga apektadong aplikante na may kumpirmadong online appointment na sundin ang mga opisyal na website at social media account ng Embahada para sa mga susunod na abiso. Hindi rin muna maglalabas ang Embahada ng mga bagong passport at non-passport appointment slot.

Ang mga serbisyo ng Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Pag-IBIG Fund, at Social Security System (SSS) ay suspendido rin ngayong 6-10 Hunyo 2021.

Ang Embahada at ang mga ahensyang kaugnay nito ay patuloy na maglilingkod sa pamayanang Pilipino sa Kuwait sa pamamagitan ng mga sumusunod na hotline at social media account:

Dahil sa limitadong paggalaw ng mga tauhan ng Embahada sa panahong ito, ang mga Pilipinong nasa matinding kagipitan ay maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa mga emergency hotline ng pamahalaan ng Kuwait:

  • Kuwait Police: 112 (kung walang kinalaman sa COVID-19)
  • Kuwait Ministry of Health: 151 (kung may kinalaman sa COVID-19)

تأسف سفارة الفلبين في الكويت لإبلاغ الجمهور أن سبعةعلى الأقل من موظفيها في الخطوط الأمامية أثبتت إصابتهم بكوفيد-١٩. حرصاً على سلامة الجمهور ، تعلن السفارة تعليق خدماتها في صباح السالم (مكتب مؤقت) وأبو حليفة (نادي الساحل الرياضي) في ٦-١٠ يونيو ٢٠٢١.

 

تنصح السفارة جميع المتقدمين المتأثرين بمواعيد مؤكدة عبر الإنترنت لمتابعة الموقع الرسمي للسفارة وحسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للاستشارات المستقبلية. لا تقوم السفارة أيضًا بإصدار جواز سفر جديد وخانات مواعيد لغير جوازات السفر في هذا الوقت.

 

كما تم تعليق خدمات مكتب العمل الفلبيني في الخارج ,(POLO) وإدارة رعاية العمال في الخارج ,(OWWA) وصندوق ,Pag-IBIG ونظام الضمان الاجتماعي (SSS) في ٦-١٠ يونيو ٢٠٢١.

وفقا للبروتوكولات الصحية ، ستستمر السفارة والوكالات التابعة لها في خدمة الجالية الفلبينية في الكويت من خلال الخطوط الساخنة التالية وحسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي:

  •      الخط الساخن للقسم القنصلي: 6518-4433

  •      مساعدة الخط الساخن لوحدة المواطنين: 6500-2612

نظرًا للحركة المحدودة لموظفي السفارة في هذا الوقت ، يمكن للفلبينيين في المواقف الصعبة للغاية الاتصال بالخطوط الساخنة للطوارئ التابعة للحكومة الكويتية:

  •       شرطة الكويت: 112 (للقضايا غير المتعلقة بـ COVID-19)
  •      وزارة الصحة الكويتية: 151 (للحالات المتعلقة بكوفيد -19)
