Following the end of Ramadan and the lifting of the nationwide partial curfew, the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public that its new office hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. from Sundays to Thursdays, excluding holidays, beginning 17 May 2021.
The Embassy reminds the public that its non-passport consular services (authentication, notarial, Report of Birth/Marriage) at its temporary office in Sabah Al-Salem Area are by online appointment only. Appointment slots are opened for non-passport consular services every Friday at http://kuwaitpe.setmore.com. Meanwhile, the Embassy’s Assistance to Nationals or ATN services (legal assistance, medical response, repatriation request) are by walk-in basis.
The Embassy’s Mobile Passport Service (passport renewal, passport releasing) at Al-Sahel Sports Club in Abu Halifa Area will remain from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Embassy reminds the public that passport renewal is by online appointment only. Appointment slots for passport renewal are opened weekly at http://passport.gov.ph. Meanwhile, passport releasing is by walk-in basis.

Ang Mobile Passport Service ng Embahada (passport renewal, passport releasing) sa Al-Sahel Sports Club sa Abu Halifa Area ay mananatiling mula 7:00 a.m. hanggang 1:00 p.m. Ipinapaalala sa publiko ng Embahada na ang passport renewal ay pang-online appointment lamang. Nagbubukas ng mga appointment slot para sa passport renewal linggo-linggo sa http://passport.gov.ph. Samantala, ang passport releasing ay pang-walk in.
