The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public that the Philippine government has allowed the entry into the Philippines of the following categories of foreigners since 1 May 2021:
- Foreign nationals with valid and existing Philippine visas at the time of entry
- Foreign nationals allowed entry under the Balikbayan Program (Republic Act No. 6788), who are nationals of Kuwait and other non-visa-required countries under Executive Order No. 408, s. 2014:
a. Former Filipino citizens, together with their foreign spouses and children who will be traveling with the former
b. Spouses and children of Filipino citizens who will be traveling with the latter
The entry of the above-mentioned foreign nationals into the Philippines are subject to the following conditions:
- Airport authorities will continue to implement a daily quota on the number of arriving passengers (Filipinos and foreigners) who are allowed entry into the Philippines.
- Except those qualified under the Balikbayan Program, foreigners must have valid and existing Philippine visas at the time of entry.
- A proof of pre-booked accommodation for at least seven days in an accredited quarantine hotel or facility must be presented at the airport.
- Foreigners must undergo COVID-19 testing at the quarantine hotel or facility on the sixth day from date of arrival.
The Embassy also informs the public that the ban on the entry of those coming from India or have travel history in India within the last 14 days preceding their arrival in the Philippines will remain in force.

تبلغ سفارة الفلبين في الكويت الجمهور أن الحكومة الفلبينية سمحت بدخول الفلبين للفئات التالية من الأجانب منذ ١ مايو ٢٠٢١:
1. الرعايا الأجانب الذين يحملون تأشيرات فلبينية سارية المفعول وقت الدخول
2. يسمح للمواطنين الأجانب بالدخول بموجب برنامج باليكبايان (القانون الجمهوري رقم ٦٧٨٨) ، وهم من مواطني الكويت والدول الأخرى التي لا تتطلب تأشيرة دخول بموجب الأمر التنفيذي رقم ٤٠٨ ، ق. ٢٠١٤:
أ. المواطنون الفلبينيون السابقون ، مع أزواجهم وأطفالهم الأجانب الذين سيسافرون مع السابق
ب. أزواج وأطفال المواطنين الفلبينيين الذين سيسافرون مع هذا الأخير
يخضع دخول الرعايا الأجانب المذكورين أعلاه إلى الفلبين للشروط التالية:
1. ستواصل سلطات المطار تطبيق حصة يومية على عدد الركاب القادمين (الفلبينيين والأجانب) المسموح لهم بدخول الفلبين.
2. باستثناء المؤهلين بموجب برنامج Balikbayan ، يجب أن يكون لدى الأجانب تأشيرات فلبينية صالحة وقائمة في وقت الدخول.
3. يجب تقديم دليل على الإقامة المحجوزة مسبقًا لمدة سبعة أيام على الأقل في فندق أو مرفق حجر صحي معتمد في المطار.
4. يجب أن يخضع الأجانب لاختبار COVID-19 في فندق أو منشأة الحجر الصحي في اليوم السادس من تاريخ الوصول.
تقوم السفارة أيضًا بإبلاغ الجمهور بأن الحظر المفروض على دخول القادمين من الهند أو لديهم سجل سفر في الهند خلال آخر 14 يومًا قبل وصولهم إلى الفلبين سيظل ساري المفعول.
