Following the decision of the Kuwaiti building owner for the early termination of his lease agreement with the Embassy effective 17 January 2021, the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait announces the closure of its offices in Al-Siddeeq Area. The Embassy will open a temporary office in Sabah Al-Salem Area by February 2021.
The last working day of the Embassy and its attached agencies (Philippine Overseas Labor Office, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Pag-IBIG Fund, and Social Security System) in Al-Siddeeq Area is on 14 January 2021.
To allow its personnel to clear the building of all office documents, furniture and equipment, the Embassy and its attached agencies are suspending all its frontline services beginning 15 January 2021. Among the services that are suspended are passport renewal and releasing, walk-in enlistment for passport appointment, and contract processing for all workers.
The public is advised to follow the Embassy’s official website and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter) for an official announcement on the Embassy’s temporary office.

Alinsunod sa desisyon ng Kuwaiti na may-ari ng gusali para sa maagang pagputol ng kanyang kasunduan ng upa sa Embahada epektibo 17 Enero 2021, inaanunsyo ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait ang pagsasara ng mga opisina nito sa Al-Siddeeq Area. Magbubukas ng pansamantalang opisina ang Embahada sa Sabah Al-Salem Area sa Pebrero 2021.
Ang huling araw ng trabaho ng Embahada at ng mga ahensyang kaugnay nito (Philippine Overseas Labor Office, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Pag-IBIG Fund, at Social Security System) sa Al-Siddeeq Area ay sa 14 Enero 2021.
Upang pahintulutan ang mga kawani nito na alisin ang lahat ng mga dokumento, muwebles at kagamitan mula sa gusali, sinususpinde ng Embahada at ng mga ahensyang kaugnay nito ang lahat ng serbisyong frontline simula 15 Enero 2021. Kasama sa mga serbisyong suspendido ay ang passport renewal at releasing, ang walk-in na pagpapalista para sa passport appointment, at ang pagproseso ng kontrata ng lahat ng manggagawa.
Pinapayuhan ang publiko na sundan ang mga opisyal na website at social media account (Facebook, Twitter) ng Embahada para sa opisyal na anunsyo hinggil sa pansamantalang opisina ng Embahada.

بعد قرار مالك العقار الكويتي بالإنهاء المبكر لعقد الإيجار مع السفارة اعتبارًا من 17 يناير 2021، تعلن السفارة الفلبينية بدولة الكويت إغلاق مكاتبها بمنطقة الصديق. وسوف تفتح السفارة مكتبًا مؤقتًا بمنطقة صباح السالم بحلول شهر فبراير 2021.
وأن آخر يوم عمل للسفارة والمكاتب التابعة لها (مكتب العمالة الفلبينية بالخارج، وإدارة رفاهة العمال بالخارج، وصندوق Pag-IBIG ، ونظام الأمن الاجتماعي) بمنطقة الصديق في 14 يناير 2021.
وللسماح لموظفي السفارة وأعضائها باءخلاء مقرها من كافة المستندات والأثاث والمعدات المكتبية، فاءن السفارة والمكاتب التابعة لها تقوم بتعليق كافة خدماتها بالصفوف الأمامية اعتبارًا من 15 يناير 2021. ومن ضمن الخدمات التي يتم تعليقها تجديد جواز السفر وتسليمه، والتسجيل الفوري للحصول على موعد تجديد جواز السفر، وإجراءات عقود العمل لكافةالعمال الفلبينيين والعاملات الفلبينيات.
وتنصح السفارة الجمهور باتباع الموقع الرسمي للسفارة وحسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (الفيس بوك والتغريدة) للحصول على الإعلان الرسمي حول المكتب المؤقت للسفارة.
