The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait reminds the public that the Passport Application Form, the Unified Request for Assistance Form (URAF), and other application forms of the Embassy are free of charge and are not for sale.

The Embassy reminds the public not to deal with scammers. Those who are being asked to pay for their application form are urged to file a formal complaint at the Embassy, so that this incident will be investigated.

The Embassy also reminds the public that the Passport Application Form can be downloaded online for free, at http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services. Those who have confirmed passport appointments are advised to download, fill out, and print the Passport Application Form at home before their scheduled appointment at the Embassy, so that they will not be victimized by scammers.

Ipinapaalala sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait na ang Passport Application Form, ang Unified Request for Assistance Form (URAF), at ang iba pang mga application form ng Embahada ay libre at hindi binebenta.

Ipinapaalala ng Embahada sa publiko na huwag lumapit sa mga manloloko. Ang mga pinagbabayad para sa kanilang application form ay hinihikayat na magsampa ng pormal na reklamo sa Embahada upang maimbestigahan ang insidenteng ito.

Ipinapaalala rin ng Embahada sa publiko na ang Passport Application Form ay maaaring i-download online nang libre, sa http://kuwaitpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services. Ang mga may kumpirmadong passport appointment ay inaabisuhang i-download, sagutin, at i-print ang Passport Application Form sa bahay bago ang kanilang nakatakdang appointment sa Embahada, nang sa gayon ay hindi sila mabiktima ng mga manloloko.
