The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait reminds the public that its official page on Facebook is “Philippine Embassy in Kuwait,” which has the following URL: http://www.facebook.com/PHinKuwait/. All advisories, announcements, and statements posted on the said Facebook page were sanctioned for release by the head of the Embassy, and are deemed official information from the Embassy.
In this regard, the Embassy informs the public that the Facebook page “Philippine Embassy in Kuwait - Al Sadiq Area” (URL: http://www.facebook.com/Kuwaitpe/) is not officially sanctioned by the Embassy nor by its officials. All posts that appear on the said Facebook page are unofficial, and may be out-of-date, incomplete or inaccurate.
The Embassy requests the public’s assistance in searching for the people behind this bogus Facebook page. Those who have information on the administrators of the said Facebook page are requested to send an email to the Embassy at This email address is being protected from spambots.
