The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public that as part of the Philippine government’s stringent measures against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), all passengers arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila are required to submit an accomplished COVID-19 Case Investigation Form.

To speed up the arrival process at the NAIA, OFWs and foreigners with flights bound for Manila are requested to print and fill out in advance the Case Investigation Form, which may be downloaded from this link: https://bit.ly/COVID19CaseForm

The Embassy repeats its previous advisory to Filipinos in Kuwait to contact their airline or travel agency of choice to book flights from Kuwait to the Philippines. Those who have confirmed flights during the total curfew must bring their valid passport and a copy of their air ticket (paper or electronic copy), which they will present to the police in case they are stopped on the way to the airport. Only one person is allowed to both drive and accompany a departing passenger to the airport. The driver-companion must also bring a copy of the passenger’s air ticket.

The Embassy also informs everyone that commercial flights from the Philippines to Kuwait remain suspended.
