The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait announces the suspension of its consular (passport) and Assistance to Nationals (ATN) services from 11 May 2020 to 30 May 2020, in accordance with the government of Kuwait’s declaration of a total lockdown in the entire country from 4:00 PM on 10 May 2020 to 30 May 2020.
The Embassy and its attached agencies will continue to serve the Filipino community in Kuwait through the following hotlines and social media accounts:

Due to the limited movement of Embassy personnel at this time, Filipinos in extremely distressed situations may contact the Kuwaiti government’s emergency hotlines:
- Kuwait Police: 112 (for non-COVID-19 related cases)
- Kuwait Ministry of Health: 151 (for COVID-19 related cases)
The Embassy reminds all Filipinos in Kuwait to stay at home, remain calm and vigilant, and follow the instructions of Kuwaiti authorities.
