The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public that in addition to Overseas Filipino Workers, all non-OFWs (returning tourists, returning emigrants, students, J-1 visa holders), and foreign nationals who are exempted from the cancelation of Philippine visas and the temporary suspension of visa-free privileges to the Philippines, will also be subjected to a mandatory 14-day quarantine and/or COVID-19 testing upon their arrival in the Philippines.
The implementing guidelines of the mandatory quarantine and COVID-19 testing are still being finalized by the Bureau of Quarantine of the Department of Health.
The Embassy also informs OFWs and foreigners that they should expect significant delays in traveling to their provinces, due to limited transportation resulting from the ongoing Enhanced Community Quarantine in Metro Manila and other parts of the Philippines.
In light of the above-mentioned anti-COVID-19 measures of the Philippine government, the Embassy advises everyone to delay their non-essential or non-emergency travel to the Philippines.

Ipinapaalam sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait na bilang dagdag sa mga Overseas Filipino Worker, ang mga hindi OFW (pabalik na turista, pabalik na migrante, mag-aaral, may hawak ng J-1 visa), at mga banyagang hindi kasama sa kanselasyon ng Philippine visa at sa pansamantalang suspensyon ng visa-free privilege papasok ng Pilipinas, ay kailangan ding sumailalim sa sapilitang quarantine sa loob ng 14 na araw at/o COVID-19 testing pagdating nila ng Pilipinas.
Ang mga patakaran upang ipatupad ang sapilitang quarantine at COVID-19 testing ay isinasapinal pa ng Bureau of Quarantine ng Department of Health.
Ipinapaalam din ng Embahada sa mga OFW at mga dayuhan na dapat nilang asahan ang matinding pagkaantala sa pagbiyahe sa mga lalawigan, dahil sa limitadong transportasyon na resulta ng umiiral na Enhanced Community Quarantine sa Metro Manila at iba pang panig ng Pilipinas.
Dahil sa mga nabanggit na hakbang ng pamahalaan ng Pilipinas laban sa COVID-19, inaabisuhan ng Embahada ang lahat na ipagpaliban ang hindi mahalagang o kailangang biyahe papuntang Pilipinas.

تفيد سفارة الفلبين في الكويت الجمهور إنه بالاضافة الى العمال الفلبينين في الخارج، وجميع العمال والعاملات الفلبينين المغتربين (السائحين العائدين، المهاجرين العائدين، والطلاب حاملي تأشيراتJ-1) والمواطنين الاجانب المعفيين من إلغاء تأشيرات الفلبين، وتعليق المؤقت للامتيازات بدون تأشيرة الى الفلبين، سيخضع ايضا لحجر صحي الزامي لمدة ١٤ يوم او اختبار COVID-19 عند وصولهم الى الفلبين.
لا يزال مكتب الحجر الصحي التابع لوزارة الصحة في وضع اللمسات الاخيرة على المبادئ التوجيهية لتنفيذ الحجر الصحي الالزامي واختبار COVID-19.
تفيد السفارة ايضاً العمال والعاملات الفلبينيين المغتربين والاجانب عليهم توقع تأخيرات كبيرة في السفر الى مقاطعتهم، بسبب النقل المحدود الناتج عن الحجر الصحي المجتمعي المعزز المستمر في مترو مانيلا واجزاء اخرى من الفلبين.
في ضوء التدابير المذكورة اعلاه لمكافحة COVID-19 للحكومة الفلبينية، تنصح السفارة الجميع بتأخير سفرهم غير الضروري او غير الطارئ الى الفلبين.
