The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait requests Filipinos who are holders of Visa 14 (temporary or visit visa) and Visa 22 (family visa), who do not have airline tickets with them and are not able to leave Kuwait due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) lockdown, to visit the following Google Form link and answer the online survey form: http://bit.ly/KuwaitPESurveyVisa1422
Those who will take part in the said online survey are required to upload a clear photo of their Visa 14 or 22 on their passports or Civil ID. Deadline for the submission of responses is on Saturday, 25 April 2020, 11:59 P.M.
The information that will be gathered from the online survey will be used as a basis for the funding request for the possible repatriation of Visa 14 and 22 holders from Kuwait. The responses to the online survey will be kept confidential.
Filipinos who already have their air tickets with them but were unable to fly back to the Philippines due to the lockdown are informed that they should not answer the online survey. They are instead advised to contact their airlines or travel agencies to rebook their flights.
Since there are no final repatriation details yet, including the date of the repatriation, Filipinos who took part in the online survey are advised to follow the Embassy’s official website and social media accounts for future public advisories on the matter.
