The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait continues to appeal to all undocumented Filipinos in Kuwait, whose residence visas in Kuwait have already expired, and Filipinos with absconding cases with Kuwaiti Immigration to take advantage of the amnesty program of the government of Kuwait.
Those who are qualified are encouraged to go to the following processing centers in Farwaniya on 26-30 April 2020, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM:
- MALES: Al Muthanna Primary School for Boys (Farwaniya, Block 1, Street 122)
- FEMALES: Farwaniya Primary School For Girls (Farwaniya, Block 1, Street 76)
Filipinos who are living in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and are affected by the lockdown in the area may proceed to the following processing centers until 30 April 2020, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM: Naeem Bin Masoud Elementary School for Boys (for males); and Rufaida Al-Aslamiya Primary School for Girls (for females).
The Embassy advises applicants who are going straight to the processing centers in Farwaniya and Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh to bring their valid passports, and their two luggage (one 20-kg. bag for check-in, and one 7-kg. bag for hand-carry).
Meanwhile, those who do not have their passports must apply for a Travel Document at the Embassy on 13-30 April 2020, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, except Fridays and Saturdays. Travel Document applicants must bring three passport-size ID photos with blue background, and a photocopy of their passport, Civil ID or entry visa.
For the issuance of Travel Documents to undocumented children, a Report of Birth from the Embassy is required. To apply for a Report of Birth, parents must bring the following at the Embassy on 13-30 April 2020, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, except Fridays and Saturdays: Arabic original and English translation of the child’s Birth Certificate, with authentication from Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, plus four photocopies; DFA-authenticated Marriage Certificate or Report of Marriage of the parents, plus four photocopies; and passports or Civil IDs of the parents, plus four photocopies.
Once their applications are approved, amnesty grantees will not be allowed to leave the processing center, and will be sent straight to a temporary shelter where they will wait for their flight back to the Philippines.

Ang mga Pilipinong naninirahan sa Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh at apektado ng lockdown sa lugar ay maaaring magpunta sa mga sumusunod na processing center hanggang 30 Abril 2020, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM: Naeem Bin Masoud Elementary School for Boys (para sa mga lalaki); at Rufaida Al-Aslamiya Primary School for Girls (para sa mga babae).
Inaabisuhan ng Embahada ang mga aplikanteng didiretso sa mga processing center sa Farwaniya at Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh na dalhin ang kanilang pasaporte na may bisa pa, at ang kanilang dalawang bagahe (isang 20-kg. bag para sa check-in, at isang 7-kg. bag para sa hand-carry).
Samantala, ang mga walang pasaporte ay dapat kumuha ng Travel Document sa Embahada ngayong 13-30 Abril 2020, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, maliban sa Biyernes at Sabado. Ang mga kukuha ng Travel Document ay dapat magdala ng tatlong passport-size ID photo na may asul na background, at photocopy ng pasaporte, Civil ID o entry visa.
Para sa pag-iisyu ng Travel Document sa mga batang walang papeles, ang Report of Birth mula sa Embahada ay kailangan. Para kumuha ng Report of Birth, dalhin lamang ng mga magulang ang mga sumusunod ngayong 13-30 Abril 2020, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, maliban sa Biyernes at Sabado: orihinal na Arabic at salin sa Ingles ng Birth Certificate ng bata, na may tatak ng Ministry of Foreign Affairs ng Kuwait, at apat na photocopy; Marriage Certificate na na-authenticate ng DFA o Report of Marriage ng mga magulang, at apat na photocopy; at pasaporte o Civil ID ng mga magulang, at apat na photocopy.
Kapag naaprubahan na ang kanilang aplikasyon, ang mga nabigyan ng amnestiya ay hindi na papayagan pang umalis ng processing center, at dadalhin sa pansamantalang tirahan kung saan nila hihintayin ang kanilang lipad pauwi ng Pilipinas.
