Following the Kuwaiti government’s latest extension of its official holidays to combat the Coronavirus Disease 2019, the Philippine Embassy informs the Filipino community in Kuwait that its office hours from 13 to 23 April 2020 are from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. only.

The Embassy also informs the Filipino community that on the dates mentioned above, the following frontline services will not be provided:

  • Passport renewal application
  • Passport claiming/releasing (non-emergency cases)
  • Philippine Visa application
  • Notarization and authentication of documents
  • Civil registration (Report of Marriage and Death)
  • Civil weddings, and applications for solemnization of marriage
  • Overseas voter registration
  • Embassy Assisted Repatriation Program (EARP)

During these dates, the Embassy will remain open for the following:

  • Passport claiming/releasing (emergency cases)
  • Travel Document and Report of Birth issuances (for the Kuwait Amnesty Program)
  • Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) services except for the EARP

The Embassy continues to appeal to the Filipino community in Kuwait to stay at home, follow the instructions of authorities, and follow the Embassy’s official Facebook page and Twitter account for the latest updates and advisories.

Kasunod ng muling pagpapalawig ng pamahalaan ng Kuwait ng mga opisyal na holiday para labanan ang Coronavirus Disease 2019, ipinapaalam ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Filipino community sa Kuwait na ang oras ng opisina ng Embahada mula 13 hanggang 23 Abril 2020 ay mula alas-9 ng umaga hanggang alas-2 ng hapon lamang.

Ipinapaalam din ng Embahada sa Filipino community na sa mga nabanggit na petsa, ang mga sumusunod na serbisyo ay hindi muna ipagkakaloob:

  • Aplikasyon para sa passport renewal
  • Passport releasing/claiming (hindi emergency case)
  • Aplikasyon para sa Philippine Visa
  • Notarization/authentication ng mga dokumento
  • Civil registration (Report of Marriage, Death)
  • Kasalang sibil, at aplikasyon para sa solemnization of marriage
  • Overseas voter registration
  • Embassy Assisted Repatriation Program (EARP)

Sa mga nabanggit na petsa, mananatiling bukas ang Embahada para sa mga sumusunod:

  • Passport claiming/releasing (mga emergency case)
  • Pag-iisyu ng Travel Document at Report of Birth (para sa Kuwait Amnesty Program)
  • Mga serbisyong Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) maliban sa EARP

Patuloy na umaapela ang Embahada sa Filipino community sa Kuwait na mamalagi sa tahanan, sundin ang mga kautusan ng mga awtoridad, at i-follow ang opisyal na Facebook page at Twitter account ng Embahada para sa mga pinakahuling balita at abiso.
