The Philippine Embassy reminds all Filipinos in Kuwait to stay at home, which has proven to be an effective way of stopping the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019. The Kuwait Police is strict in implementing the government’s “stay at home” policy.
The Embassy also advises Filipinos who recently returned to Kuwait from from the following countries and one territory to undergo the compulsory institutional quarantine at a location designated by the Ministry of Health: China, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Those who recently returned to Kuwait from countries not mentioned above (including the Philippines) are advised to undergo a compulsory home quarantine for 14 days.
