Notice is hereby given that under Republic Act No. 9189 as amended by Republic Act No. 10590, all citizens of the Philippines abroad, who are not disqualified by law, at least eighteen (18) years of age on 9 May 2022, and who are registered overseas voters, may vote for President, Vice President, Senators, and Party-list Representatives.

All qualified Filipino citizens who are not registered voters may file their applications for registration at the nearest Philippine embassy/consulate or other registration centers authorized by the Commission on Elections.

To register, all applications in the State of Kuwait must personally appear at the:

EMBASSY OF THE PHILIPPINES IN THE STATE OF KUWAIT

Villa 817, Street 101 corner Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Humaidi Street,

Al Siddeeq Area, Block 1, South Surrah

for biometrics capturing and bring the following documents: 1) photocopy of valid passport; or 2) if dual citizen, copy of oath of allegiance or proof of Philippine citizenship from the Bureau of Immigration; or 3) for seamen, copy of seaman’s book.

Filing of applications for registration shall be from 16 December 2019 to 30 September 2021. END
