The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait would like to inform the public that the Commission on Elections - Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OFOV) is requesting the Overseas Voting registration records of voters with no biometrics or incomplete biometrics (without photographs and/or signatures), to recapture their biometrics before the end of registration until 30 September 2024.

Please check the link below on the List of Voters with No Biometrics or Incomplete Biometrics. If your name is on the list, please visit the Philippine Embassy at Sabah Al Salem Area, Block 2, Street 213, Building 257, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM before the end of registration period.

LIST OF VOTERS WITH NO BIOMETRICS OR INCOMPLETE BIOMETRICS

It should be noted that COMELEC has promulgated the Republic Act No. 10367 otherwise known as the "Mandatory Biometrics Voter Registration Act" in previous elections years. Overseas Voters with no biometrics or incomplete biometrics will not be allowed to vote with the "no bio, no boto" policy. These biometrics is very important because it will be needed to accurately verify and/or establish the identity of the overseas voter who personally appears to vote.
